Shipping Information

Should you wish to return/exchange your order, you may do so.

ALMC Jewellery will refund/exchange or provide a voucher to the value of the cost of the item, excluding the original shipping costs, once it is received by us within 14 days of you having received your order provided:

• The item is returned in perfect condition and unworn,
• It must be in its original packaging.
• It must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
• The cost of returning the item to us will be your responsibility.
• We take no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Therefore we suggest that you send your return by recorded delivery.
• We will not provide a refund/exchange or voucher on sale or discounted items.

Note: For hygiene, health and safety, reasons we cannot accept returns Earrings for either refund/exchange or voucher.
