Product Delivery

ALMC Jewellery will not be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

In the event that the delivery company is unable to deliver the goods as a result of inaccurate information provided or failure to accept delivery, the cost of resending items must be paid by you, the customer, before the goods will be dispatched.

ALMC Jewellery will endeavour to deliver your order in a timely fashion. However, in the event of a delay in fulfilling your order due to unforeseen circumstances ALMC Jewellery cannot be held responsible for such delays. We will however do our utmost to ensure that your order is processed as soon as it is practical to do so.

To avoid disappointment we recommend that all customers leave adequate time for their goods to be delivered. Please allow longer delivery time for international orders.

 

Payment

ALMC Jewellery accepts most credit and debit cards, including Visa & Mastercard, via the on-line purchasing system Stripe. If you are shopping from outside of the Euro zone, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency.

ALMC Jewellery reserves the right to decline any orders that do not pass the Address Verification System in full, including a working telephone number.

 

Returns Policy

Should you wish to return/exchange your order, you may do so.

ALMC Jewellery will refund/exchange or provide a voucher to the value of the cost of the item, excluding the original shipping costs, once it is received by us within 14 days of you having received your order provided:

 

Note: For hygiene, health and safety, reasons we cannot accept returns Earrings for either refund/exchange or voucher.
